About enhancement of reforming and privatization in agro-industrial complex
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of market reforms and providing due procedure in privatization of objects of agro-industrial complex of the country I decide:
1. Assign to the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan functions on privatization of the objects of agro-industrial complex provided by the Economic program of the Golden Age of the Turkmen people approved by the solution of the IX joint sitting of the Council of Elders of Turkmenistan, Hulk of maslakhata of Turkmenistan and National movement Galkynysh of Turkmenistan.
To the ministry of rural and water farms of Turkmenistan to perform carrying out agrarian reform and coordination of actions for development of industries of agro-industrial complex.
2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on privatization of the companies of agro-industrial complex.
3. To the ministry of rural and water farms of Turkmenistan, associations and other departments of agro-industrial complex of the country to render every possible assistance to the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan in implementation of works on privatization in agro-industrial complex.
4. To the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan together with the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan to prepare offers on modification and amendments in the current legislation taking into account the legal relationship established by this resolution in a month.
