3. Assign to the State insurance company of Turkmenistan implementation of compulsory personal insurance of the workers occupied in conditions of production of the increased risk from accidents and occupational diseases.

4. Approve the enclosed Regulations on compulsory personal insurance of the workers occupied in conditions of production of the increased risk from accidents and occupational diseases.

5. Establish the following amount of assignments from insurance payments on compulsory personal insurance of the workers occupied in conditions of production of the increased risk from accidents and occupational diseases:
