2.2. Deputy managers of FFMS of Russia, chiefs of structural divisions of FFMS of Russia and heads of territorial authorities of FFMS of Russia bear the personal responsibility for objective, comprehensive and timely consideration of addresses of the citizens and the organizations arriving in FFMS of Russia (territorial authorities of FFMS of Russia).

3. To heads of territorial authorities of FFMS of Russia in two weeks to approve Regulations on procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens and the organizations in territorial authority of FFMS of Russia taking into account the requirements provided in the enclosed Provision.
