1. Approve the enclosed Disciplinary charter of bodies and organizations of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To provide to state body of criminal executive system strict fulfillment of requirements of the Disciplinary charter of bodies and organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic by all staff of bodies and organizations of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

This Charter determines essence of office discipline, obligation of staff of bodies and organizations of criminal executive system (*) by its observance, types of encouragement and authority punishments, the rights of chiefs (commanders) on their application, and also procedure for giving and consideration of offers, official reports and claims.
All staff of bodies and organizations of criminal executive system, (**) shall be guided by requirements of this Charter strictly.
Operations of the Disciplinary charter of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic extend to the military personnel of special divisions on protection and convoy of state body of criminal executive system of the Kyrgyz Republic.
