About implementation of preliminary documentary goods control at check points through frontier of Ukraine

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions and simplification of control procedure of goods during movement through frontier of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that at check points through frontier sanitary and epidemiologic, veterinary, phytosanitary, environmental control of goods which are imported on customs area of Ukraine and control of movement of cultural values are performed in the form of preliminary documentary control.

This regulation does not extend to the goods brought in the inventory which are subject to mandatory health, veterinary, phytosanitary, radiological, environmental control and control of movement of cultural values at check points through frontier, approved in accordance with the established procedure.

2. Approve the Procedure of preliminary documentary goods control at check points through frontier of Ukraine which is applied.

3. To the State Customs Service, Administration of the State Border Service, Ministry of Health, Ministry of agrarian policy, Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment, Ministry of Culture and arts:

approve procedure for exchange of information about goods concerning which there is restriction or import ban for the territory of Ukraine, and also the list of documents (their forms and details) and the data necessary for carrying out sanitary and epidemiologic, veterinary, phytosanitary, environmental, radiological control and control of movement of cultural values;

bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

4. The resolution becomes effective in 45 days after publication.
