Regulations on inspectorates for control of sanitary condition of the territories of the cities and settlements of Turkmenistan

1. Inspectorates for control of sanitary condition of the territories of the cities and settlements of Turkmenistan (Inspections are referred to as) are created as a part of velayatsky, etrapsky and city hyakimlik within the established number of staff of workers as departments.

b) assessment of sanitary condition of the territories of the cities and settlements, identification of abuses of regulations of sanitation by legal entities and physical persons, acceptance of necessary measures for their elimination;
