About some questions of activities of Turkmendokunkhimiya State concern

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of Turkmenistan of June 15, 2000, "About formation of Turkmendokunkhimiya State concern and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the companies of the chemical industry of Turkmenistan, and also providing agricultural producers with mineral fertilizers and remedies of plants I decide No. 3129:

1. To the Ministry of Energy and Industry of Turkmenistan and State commodity and raw exchange of Turkmenistan:

transfer in accordance with the established procedure to the jurisdiction of Turkmendokunkhimiya State concern of the company and organization according to appendix No. 1;

abolish the companies and the organizations according to appendix No. 2;

Determine that legal successor of the companies and organizations specified in appendix No. 2 to this resolution is the Turkmendokunkhimiya State concern.

2. Make transfer from balances of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of Turkmenistan and the State commodity and raw exchange of Turkmenistan on balance of Turkmendokunkhimiya State concern of creditor and debit debts of the companies and organizations according to appendices No. 1 and 2, except for of bank credit liabilities.

3. Write off creditor and debit debts of the companies and organizations of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of Turkmenistan transferred to the jurisdiction of Turkmendokunkhimiya State concern in relation to other companies and the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Energy and Industry of Turkmenistan, as of July 1, 2000. Carry written-off amounts on results of economic activity of the relevant companies and organizations, having extended payment due dates of the income tax and contributions to the State fund of development of agricultural industry of Turkmenistan from these amounts for 2 years.
