Extend to the Ministry of water economy of Turkmenistan the procedure for financing of activities established earlier for Association of joint-stock companies on operation of water management systems and servicing of water users Turkmenobasuvkhyzmat of the Ministry of rural and water farms of Turkmenistan.

5. Permit the Ministry of water economy of Turkmenistan to create the specialized water management construction enterprises "Garagum Altyn Asyr Stake Gurlushyk" in Akhalsky, Dashoguz, Lebapsky and Maryysky welayats, having determined the main tasks of their activities construction of water storage basins for drainage waters and the organization of their recycling for irrigation of lands.

6. Determine that the Ministry of water economy of Turkmenistan is legal successor of means, funds, property and obligations of the abolished Association of joint-stock companies on operation of water management systems and servicing of water users Turkmenobasuvkhyzmat of the Ministry of rural and water farms of Turkmenistan.
