1. To the state fund of precious metals and gemstones of Turkmenistan to transfer the State assay chamber to the jurisdiction of the Central bank of Turkmenistan.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the State assay chamber of the Central bank of Turkmenistan.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of May 8, 1998 No. 3698 "About approval of the Regulations on the State assay chamber of the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of Turkmenistan".

Regulations on the State assay chamber of the Central bank of Turkmenistan

1.
