Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for certification about the admission to work on hazardous production facilities, objects of transportation of dangerous goods, objects on which the works connected with use and protection of subsoil and on other potentially dangerous objects are conducted.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
