Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2008 No. 45 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for certification about the admission to work on hazardous production facilities, objects of transportation of dangerous goods, objects on which the works connected with use and protection of subsoil and on other potentially dangerous objects" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 145, 8/18926) are conducted.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
