3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan:
develop and approve the Charter of the State assay supervision of the Republic of Tajikistan;
together with the Ministry of cases of the industry of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and approve Regulations on place of acceptance on buying up at the population of secondary precious metals, stones, products from them and shlikhovy gold;
