For the purpose of determination and streamlining of the periods of labor activity which are estimated as years of service of public service and according to article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public service" I decide:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for calculation of years of service of public service.
2. Keep the length-of-service allowances the government employee estimated before enforcement of this provision and further to make calculation of years of service of public service according to this Provision.

1. The regulations on procedure for calculation of years of service of public service (further - the Provision) determine the periods of labor activity which are considered as years of service of public service, and also procedure for calculation of years of service of public service by the commission of state body.
2. Years of service of public service - labor activity of the government employee in state bodies, the stipulated in Article 6 Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "About public service" and items 4 and the 5th this provision which give the chance to the government employee on receipt of the social guarantees established by regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
