About renaming of National service of development of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea in case of the President of Turkmenistan

1. Rename National service of development of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea in case of the President of Turkmenistan into the State company for questions of the Caspian Sea in case of the President of Turkmenistan.

2. Determine that legal address of the State company for questions of the Caspian Sea in case of the President of Turkmenistan is Ashgabat, Ulitsa Tegeranskaya, 6.

3. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on the State company for questions of the Caspian Sea in case of the President of Turkmenistan;

structure of the Supreme council of the State company for questions of the Caspian Sea in case of the President of Turkmenistan;
