About establishment of tariff preferences
According to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Determine that concerning the separate goods imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus coming from developing countries (territories) according to appendix 1, tariff preferences in the form of decrease in rates of customs duties on 25 percent, and concerning the separate goods coming from the least developed countries (territories) according to appendix 2, - in the form of release from taxation are provided by customs duties.
The decrease in rate of customs duty, release from taxation by customs duty provided for the goods occurring from developing and the least developed countries (territories), are applied to the goods specified in appendix 3.
The prefential treatment is applied to these goods irrespective of provision to this or that country (territory) of the regime of the most favored nation in trade and economic relations.
For the purposes of provision of the tariff preferences provided for the goods occurring from developing and the least developed countries (territories), rules of direct purchase, direct shipment and other provisions of Rules of determination of goods origin of developing countries are applied by provision of the tariff preferences within the General preferential system which are integral part of the Agreement on Rules of determination of goods origin of developing countries by provision of tariff preferences within the General preferential system of April 12, 1996.
