According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 "About environmental protection" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2002, the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 1993 "About waste" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2000 and for the purpose of realization of provisions of the Basel Convention on the Control of Trans-boundary Movement of Hazardous Wastes and their removal accepted on March 22, 1989 in Basel, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Determine that:
1.1. to the objects performing sorting and conversion of utility waste (further - objects), the sorting and biomechanical plants, the plants on thermal conversion of waste and other objects performing use of utility waste for production or energy, performance of works or rendering services with neutralization of not used part of waste belong;
1.2. placement of objects is performed according to the local program for the address with waste of territorial administrative unit of the Republic of Belarus (further - the program) where the arrangement of such objects is planned.
