Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2004 No. 38/37 "About requirements in the field of environmental protection in case of placement and operation of the objects performing sorting and conversion of utility waste".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
