About approval of Rules of licensing of activities of credit bureau

For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of credit bureaus, Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of licensing of activities of credit bureau (further - Rules).

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of the Agency of June 17, 2006 No. 129 "About approval of Rules of licensing of credit bureaus" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 4280).

3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one days from the date of its official publication.

4. Credit bureau during monthly term, after introduction in operations of this resolution to submit the documents specified in Item 3 of Rules to the Agency.

5. To management of licensing (Nazhimedenova A. Zh.):

1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) to take measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution;

2) in ten-day time from the date of enforcement of this resolution to bring it to the attention of credit bureaus, Consolidation of legal entities "The association of financiers of Kazakhstan" and the interested divisions of the Agency.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the Agency Baysynov M. B.
