About approval of the Procedure for filling of the customs declaration when moving by citizens of objects through customs border of Ukraine

1. Approve the Procedure for filling of the customs declaration when moving by citizens of objects through customs border of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To department of resource providing, capital construction and operation of objects of customs infrastructure (Yaroshchuk Yu. M.) provide:

issue of stamps to customs authorities "Under customs control" before entry into force of the order;

printing and transfer to customs authorities of the declaration forms of the established form produced by printing method in the quantities corresponding to their requirements - it is permanent.

3. To chiefs of regional customs, customs:

inform citizens on requirements of the Procedure for the filling of the customs declaration when moving by citizens of objects through customs border of Ukraine approved by this order, way of lighting it in local mass media and at information stands in the locations of divisions of customs authorities;
