About approval of the Procedure for filling of the customs declaration for written declaration of goods which move through customs border of Ukraine citizens for the personal, family and other needs which are not connected with implementation of business activity

According to part six of Article 257 of the Customs code of Ukraine of March 13, 2012 No. 4495-VI and the subitem 64 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 8, 2011 No. 446, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for filling of the customs declaration for written declaration of goods which move through customs border of Ukraine citizens for the personal, family and other needs which are not connected with implementation of business activity which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of June 4, 2008 No. 604 "About approval of the Procedure for filling of the customs declaration when moving by citizens of objects through customs border of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 10, 2008 for No. 629/15320.

3. To the State Customs Service of Ukraine (Kaletnik I. D):

provide customs authorities with the forms of declarations of the established form produced by printing method in the quantities corresponding to their requirements;

inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and customs authorities of the states integrated to Ukraine on requirements of this order after its official publication.
