About installation of the measuring equipment of natural gas
Acting on the basis of the provisions of Article 5 of the paragraph (1) and Articles of 7 litas. e), f), h) The law on N 136 gas of 17.09.98 (The official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova 1998, N 111-113 Art. 679), based on the made changes and amendments in the Law on power N 1525-XIII of 19.02.1998 (The official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova 1998, N 50-51, Art. 366) and in the Law on gas on installation of the measuring equipment of natural gas to residential customers, and for the purpose of determination of the mechanism of accomplishment of these provisions the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Installation of the measuring equipment to potential (new) residential customers of private sector will be performed by owners of the license for distribution of natural gas who will incur costs for installation, the materials and the equipment listed in Appendix 1 to this resolution. The connection fee will be incurred by the applicant (the potential residential customer).
2. Installation of the measuring equipment to the residential customers of private sector connected to gas networks of natural gas will be performed by owners of the license for distribution of natural gas, according to the standard project which will incur costs for installation, the materials and the equipment listed in Appendix 2 to this resolution.
