N107-109, 708), according to Methodology of determination of rate for services in the organization of access for potential consumers to gas network in settlements and the ekspertizirovanny calculations provided by the Ministry of Economy and Trade for the purpose of installation of single tariff for services in the organization of access for potential consumers to network of natural gas, DECIDES: Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

1. Approve rate for services in the organization of access for potential residential customers to distribution networks of natural gas in settlements in the amount of 2970 lei, including the VAT.

2. For not residential customers the cost of the organization of access to gas networks will be determined by owners of the license for distribution of natural gas multiplication of rate of 2970 lei by the coefficient of output (Kd) established in the appendix N2 to the Order of the Government N 715 of June 16, 2008.

3. To impose control of observance by owners of the license on distribution of natural gas of provisions of this resolution for management on regulation and licensing.
