About measures for acceleration of process of internal gasification of settlements

According to the Law on power N 1525-XIII of February 19, 1998. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, N 50-51, Art. 366) and the Law on N 136-XIV gas of September 17, 1998. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, N 111-113, Art. 679), and also for the purpose of acceleration of process of internal gasification of settlements the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Regulations on internal gasification of settlements according to the appendix N 1;

Methodology of determination of rate for services in the organization of access for potential consumers to gas network in settlements according to the appendix N 2.

2. Determine that:

in settlements owners of licenses for distribution of natural gas are responsible for expansion of gas distribution networks;

owners of licenses for distribution of natural gas have the right to levy from the potential consumer who wishes to join gas distribution networks, rate for services in the organization of access to gas network.

3. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade:

coordinate process of internal gasification of settlements;

develop within 10 days the specification based on which the joint-stock company to Gazproiect design institute to execute calculation of the estimated value of gas distribution networks in settlements falling on one consumer.

4. To the ministry of local public authority to coordinate and provide interaction of bodies of local public authority with other subjects involved in process of gasification of settlements.

5. JSC to Gazproiect Design institute within 10 days to submit to the Ministry of Economy and Trade the report on accomplishment of the specification according to item 3 of this resolution, ekspertizirovanny the Ministry of construction and development of the territory.
