About rates for production of electrical energy, heat energy and for the heat energy delivered to final consumers

Due to the increase in rates for the natural gas released to the thermal electric main lines (TEML) and for the purpose of reduction of rates for electrical and heat energy in compliance with real production costs the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve and enact:

1.1. Rates for the electrical energy released on the departing power lines according to the appendix N 1;

1.2. Rates for the heat energy released from collectors of combined heat and power plant according to the appendix N 2;

1.3. Rates for chemically prepared make-up water released to thermal networks according to the appendix N 3.

2. Approve and enact rate for the heat energy delivered to consumers of JSC CET-Nord in the amount of 786 lei/Gcal (excluding VAT).

3. Rates for the vapor released to consumers of JSC CET-1 and JSC CET-2 are established on the basis of bilateral agreements.

4. Declare invalid the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power N 276 of January 18, 2008 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova N 13/24 of 19.01.2008).

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
