About rates for production of electrical energy, heat energy and for the heat energy delivered to final consumers

Due to the change of rates for the natural gas released to the thermal electric main lines (TEML) and for the purpose of reduction of rates for electrical and heat energy in compliance with real production costs, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. Rates for the electrical energy released on the departing power lines it agrees

to appendix No. 1;

1.2. Rates for the heat energy released from collectors of combined heat and power plant according to appendix No. 2;

1.3. Rates for chemically prepared make-up water released to thermal networks it agrees

to appendix No. 3.

2. Approve rates for the heat energy delivered to consumers:

- JSC Termocom in the amount of 699 lei/Gcal (excluding VAT);

- JSC CET-Nord in the amount of 786 lei/Gcal (excluding VAT).

3. Rates for the vapor released to consumers are established on the basis of bilateral agreements.

4. Declare invalid the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 299 of July 30, 2008 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, No. 140-142/401 of 1.08.2008).

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
