About rates for electrical energy

For the purpose of reduction of rates for electrical energy in compliance with the real costs connected with acquisition, distribution and delivery of electrical energy, effective operation of distribution networks and the equipment, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power (NARE) DECIDES:

1. Approve limiting rates for the electrical energy delivered to JSC RED Nord, JSC RED Nord-Vest, PEAK of "RED Union Fenosa" of the joint-stock company according to appendix.

2. Declare invalid the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power N 277 of January 18, 2008 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova N 13/25 of 19.01.2008).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
