For the purpose of reduction of rates for electrical energy in compliance with the real costs connected with acquisition of electrical energy, effective operation of transportation and distribution networks, the equipment of dispatching management, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1.1. Rates for the transportation services of electrical energy performed on networks of the state company "Moldelectrica" in the amount of 6,76 of baths/kWh (excluding VAT).

1.2. Ceased to be valid

2. Establish the average level of technological expense and technical losses of electrical energy in the amount of 3,5 of % of amount of electric power which arrived in transportation power networks when rendering transportation services of electrical energy on networks of the state company "Moldelectrica".

3. Recognize invalid:

- The resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 254 of July 31 of 2007 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, No. 112-116/482 of 3.08.2007);

- The resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 300 of July 30, 2008 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, No. 140-142/402 of 1.08.2008).

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
