About rates for services in transfer of electrical energy

For the purpose of reduction of rates for the services in transfer of electrical energy rendered by the state company "Moldelectrica" in compliance with the real costs and expenses connected with effective operation of the transferring networks and the equipment, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1. 1) rate for service in transfer of the electrical energy intended for consumers and suppliers of the country on the transferring power supply network of the operator of the transferring network and system - in the amount of 8,02 of baths/kWh (excluding VAT);

1. 2) rate for service in transfer of the electrical energy intended for cross-border transactions through set of the transferring power supply networks of the operator of the transferring network and system - in the amount of 8,02 of baths/kWh (excluding VAT);

1. 3) rate for service in transfer of the electrical energy intended for cross-border transactions only through intersystem lines of 400 kV - in the amount of 3,23 of baths/kWh (excluding VAT).

2. Establish the average level of technological expense and technical losses of electrical energy in the amount of 3,0 of % of amount of electric power which arrived in the transferring power networks when rendering services in transfer of electrical energy on networks of the state company "Moldelectrica".

3. Declare invalid the resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 365 of January 14, 2010 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 5-7/17 of 19:01. 2010), with subsequent changes.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
