About approval of Rules of acquisition of excise stamps for marking of alcoholic products and control of their use

In pursuance of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2005 N 866 "About marking of alcoholic products excise stamps" ("The Russian newspaper", N 5p, 16.01. 2006) I order:

1. Approve Rules of acquisition of excise stamps for marking of alcoholic products and control of their use (daleepravil) according to appendix.

2. To customs authorities of the Russian Federation not to allow import to customs area of the Russian Federation of alcoholic products with content of ethyl alcohol more than nine percent of amount of the finished goods which are not marked by excise stamps in accordance with the established procedure, except as specified import of alcoholic products:

- moved according to customs regime of the international customs transit;

- the duty-free trade placed under customs regime in the presence on each unit of alcoholic products and its packaging which is inseparable from goods before its consumption and in which the goods are represented for retail trade, designation in Russian "Only for sale in duty-free shop" or the text of similar content in English;

- being on boards sea (river), aircrafts and in trains, placed under customs regime of movement of supplies;
