About approval of the plan of privatization of the objects which are in republican property for 2008-2010 and the list of the open joint stock companies created in the course of privatization of state-owned property which shares belonging to the Republic of Belarus are subject to sale, for 2008-2010

According to subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2008 "About modification and amendments in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 1998 No. 3" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 7

1. Approve enclosed:

the plan of privatization of the objects which are in republican property for 2008-2010 (further - the plan);

the list of the open joint stock companies created in the course of privatization of state-owned property which shares belonging to the Republic of Belarus are subject to sale, for 2008-2010 (further - the list).

2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. together with the State committee on property to provide in accordance with the established procedure work on implementation of the plan:

in 2008 - till December 1, 2008;

in 2009 - till December 1, 2009;

in 2010 - till December 1, 2010;

2.2. provide in accordance with the established procedure to the State committee on property of the offer on the number of the open joint stock companies which are subject to sale of shares specified in the list, and method of their sale in case of their sale on tender - offers on tender conditions, and also annual balance sheets of these societies for January 1, 2008;

2.3. till April 15, 2009 and till April 15, 2010 to represent to the State committee on property annual balance sheets respectively for January 1, 2009 and for January 1, 2010 the open joint stock companies specified in the list which shares were not sold in preceding period, and also in case of need changes of conditions of tender - the offer on their change.

3. To the state committee on property based on the offers provided by the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus to introduce till May 1, 2009 and till May 1, 2010 in accordance with the established procedure in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus drafts of decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus on sale of shares of the open joint stock companies specified in the list.

4. Assign to heads of the relevant republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the personal responsibility for completion of works on privatization in 2008-2010 of the objects which are in republican property.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for paragraph one of the subitem

2.2 Item 2 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of adoption of this resolution.
