2) the tariff estimate on services of accession to network of telecommunications public (intra-zone and long-distance levels) of networks of VoIP operators (Internet telephony) of Kazakhtelecom joint-stock company according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the tariff estimate on services of the omission of telephone traffic with (on) network of VoIP operators (Internet telephony) of Kazakhtelecom joint-stock company according to appendix 3 to this order.
