Permit the Ministry of Defence, to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Service of homeland security of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring for the serviceman who served at least 10 calendar years and signed the new contract, the initial contribution in the amount of 25 percent from the cost of the acquired apartment or the individual apartment house under construction at the expense of the means provided in parameters of the government budget for providing the military personnel with housing, and extrabudgetary funds.
