development and strategy implementation of development of the companies of mechanical engineering, the electrotechnical and aviation industry aimed at upgrade and modernization of industries, creation of modern competitive productions on production with high value added by involvement of the international multinational companies with world famous trademarks;
ensuring implementation of measures for increase in efficiency of cross-industry cooperation of the companies of automotive industry, agricultural mechanical engineering, the electrotechnical, aviation industry and other allied industries for the purpose of more complete use of potential production, creation of new productions and workplaces, and also to carrying out diversification of production processes in the specified industries;
