Due to the enhancement of executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputies and advisers to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also the Managing director of the office of the Cabinet of Ministers R. V. Abdukadyrov.

In the paragraph the second Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 26, 2002 No. 268 "About measures for ensuring target use of free aid" words of "social development" shall be replaced with words "educations, health cares, cultures, youth, spirituality and public organizations, supports waved also families".
