Regulations on procedure for control of acceptance, accounting, address distribution and target use of loads of the humanitarian assistance and monitoring of humanitarian projects according to appendix No. 3;
Regulations on procedure for study and approval of project offers, and also monitoring and control of target use of means of technical assistance according to appendix No. 4.
2. Make changes, and also recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 5.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
