About approval of the Technique of assessment of property rights of intellectual property

According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity in Ukraine" and taking into account requirements of the National N4 "Assessment of Property Rights of Intellectual Property" standard approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, of 03.10.2007 N 1185, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Technique of assessment of property rights of intellectual property which is applied.

2. To department of assessment of property and estimative activities (Gayduk V. Ya.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 N 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund A. Grinenko.
