About approval of the Standard regulations on youth department of the children's house nursing home
For the purpose of enhancement of activities of residential care facilities, reduction of their statutory documents in compliance with the current legislation and according to the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 02.11.2006 of N1543 I ORDER:
1. Approve Standard regulations on youth department of the children's house nursing home which are applied.

1.2. Standard regulations on youth department of the children's house nursing home.
2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of work and social protection of the population regional, to Head department of social protection of the population Kiev, to Management of work and social protection of the population Sevastopol the city public administrations according to the approved standard provisions to provide till 01.11.2008 taking into account local conditions development and approval of regulations on residential care facilities.
3. Consider invalid the Standard regulations on the children's house nursing home approved by the order of Ministry of Labor of 29.12.2001 of N549 "About Approval of Standard Regulations on Houses Nursing Homes (Boarding Houses) for Citizens of Old Age, Disabled People and Children", registered in the Ministry of Justice 29.01.2002 for N67/6355.
4. For veterans and elderly people of Ministry of Labor to provide to department state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister V. Onishchuk.
