1.2. The organization entrance (travel within Turkmenistan of persons who are not living constantly in Turkmenistan) and exit (travel of persons who are constantly living in Turkmenistan to other country) tourism, is performed by the tourist company, having State license for implementation of the tourist activities issued by the State Committee of Turkmenistan on tourism and sport (further - "State Committee").

1.3. Coordination of activities for the organization of entrance and outbound tourism is performed by the State Committee. Control, behind observance of application of this Procedure is performed by the State Committee in interaction with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Committee of homeland security of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the State Border Service of Turkmenistan, the State customs of Turkmenistan.

II. Document creation for departure of citizens of Turkmenistan abroad through tourism and entry of foreign tourists into Turkmenistan
