For the purpose of prevention of emergence of diseases in the people called by the use of the meat infected with trichinellas, establishments of specific regulations of research of meat on availability of trichinellas and in pursuance of the Law N 78-XV of March 18, 2004 on food (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, N 83-87, Art. 431), and also according to provisions of the Law N 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, N 51-54, Art. 153) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on establishment of the specific regulations applied to official checks of meat on availability of trichinellas it (is applied).

2. To perform financing of the actions provided in the above-stated Provision for the account and within the financial assignments provided in the government budget.

3. This resolution becomes effective in day of entry into force of the Law N 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
