About setting standards of traveling expenses and procedure for their compensation
According to Article 190 of the Labor code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish the following regulations of expense recovery, the workers connected with business trip within the Kyrgyz Republic:
- payment of daily allowance - 500 som for each day of stay in business trip in regions of the republic; 600 som - in the city of Bishkek;
- payment of hiring of premises - on the actual expenses supported by the relevant documents. In the absence of supporting documents expenses on hiring of premises are refunded in the amount of 50 percent from regulation of daily issues;
- payment of expenses on journey to the place of business trip is also back performed on actual expenses, including payments on compulsory national insurance of passengers on transport, with confirmation of these expenses the relevant documents. In the absence of tickets expenses on journey are refunded in sizes according to appendix No. 1 to this resolution.
2. Establish the following regulations of expense recovery, the workers connected with business trip out of limits of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- payment of daily issues and marginal expenses on hiring жильяв the sizes according to appendix No. 2 to this resolution, without provision of supporting documents;
- payment of expenses on journey to the place of business trip and back, including payments on compulsory national insurance of passengers on transport, and also transportation expenses in adoptive state, is performed on actually made costs, with confirmation of these expenses the relevant documents.
3. Determine that:
- the direction of the worker in business trip out of limits of the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is made on the basis of the order (order) of the employer without execution of the business trip order;
- the additional expenses connected with increase in regulations of traveling expenses are made within the means provided by the budget for public institutions and local government bodies for the corresponding year.
4. Declare invalid:
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 12, 2001 No. 635 "About setting standards of traveling expenses and procedure for their compensation";
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 19, 2002 No. 235 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 12, 2001 No. 635 "About setting standards of traveling expenses and procedure for their compensation";
- Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 19, 2005 No. 388 "About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of September 14, 2007 No. 409 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 3, 2007 No. 567 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 12, 2001 No. 635 "About setting standards of traveling expenses and procedure for their compensation";
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 2, 2008 No. 266 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 12, 2001 No. 635 "About setting standards of traveling expenses and procedure for their compensation".
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and does not extend to the workers who decreased in business trip to its introduction in force.
