Declare invalid the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan from 12 Baydak 2001 No. 5091 "About formation of Coordination scientific council on oil and gas under Institute of oil and gas of Turkmengaz State concern (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 2001, No. 2, the Art. 128).
