About some measures for enhancement of the procedure of state registration (re-registration) of the companies
For the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of state registration (re-registration) of the companies of non-state pattern of ownership I decide:
1. To public service on foreign investments in case of the President of Turkmenistan to make state registration (re-registration) of the companies of non-state pattern of ownership in the following procedure:
the companies with participation of foreign investments, their branches and representations - under official approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan (regarding legitimacy of the submitted documentation issued by official organs of foreign states), the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of homeland security of Turkmenistan (regarding determination of the financial status, goodwill and work experience);
the companies without participation of foreign investments - under official approval of the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of homeland security of Turkmenistan (regarding determination of the financial status, goodwill and work experience).
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan.
