1. Approve enclosed:

report form about transactions with precious metals and gemstones;

Procedure for creation of the operations statement with precious metals and gemstones.

2. Determine that the report is filled in with subjects of managing which obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on collection, preprocessing of waste and scrap of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education, semiprecious stones (further - subjects of managing), and quarterly moves in the Public assay service of Ukraine.

3. And assay supervision (Melnik V. P.) to provide to department of the state regulation of transactions with precious metals and gemstones:

3.1. Control over the implementation by subjects of managing of requirements of this order and Procedure;

3.2. Submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
