1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for carrying out transactions with foreign currency by banks in the territory of Turkmenistan it (is applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of December 3, 1998 No. 3971 "About measures for streamlining of transactions with foreign currencies" (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 1998, No. 12, the Art. 4971);

the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of May 28, 1999 No. 4200 "About entering of amendment into the Regulations on exchange transactions with foreign currency" (Collection of acts of the President of Turkmenistan and decisions of the Government of Turkmenistan, 1999, No. 5, the Art. 260);
