1. Assign to Public service on foreign investments in case of the President of Turkmenistan functions on registration of projects and programs of foreign technical assistance, maintaining the Unified state register of foreign technical assistance.
2. Approve the enclosed Order of registration of projects and programs of foreign technical assistance in Turkmenistan and maintaining the Unified state register of foreign technical assistance.
3. To public service on foreign investments in case of the President of Turkmenistan to constitute the Unified state register of foreign technical assistance in a month, and also to make re-registration of the existing projects and programs of foreign technical assistance for entering into the specified register.
4. To the ministries, departments of Turkmenistan and other receivers of foreign technical assistance without fail to make registration of projects and programs of foreign technical assistance in Public service for foreign investments in case of the President of Turkmenistan and to submit step-by-step and final reports about their realization.
5. To the state commodity and raw exchange of Turkmenistan, the State customs of Turkmenistan not to make registration of exchange and customs procedures on projects and programs of foreign technical assistance without provision of the conclusion about registration of the above-stated projects and programs in Public service for foreign investments in case of the President of Turkmenistan.
