About approval of forms of the state statistical reporting and primary accounting in state language

For the purpose of ensuring unity of the nation-wide organization of systems of statistics and primary accounting in Turkmenistan according to international standards and their further enhancement I decide:

1. Approve the forms of the state statistical accounting records and primary accounting in state language developed by National institute of the state statistics and information of Turkmenistan (the Turkmenmillikhasabat Institute is referred to as), according to appendix No. 1, by the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan, according to appendix No. 2, by the Central bank of Turkmenistan, according to appendix No. 3.

2. Determine that the approved forms of the state statistical, accounting records and primary accounting are obligatory for all ministries, departments, hyakimlik, the companies and the organizations, irrespective of the patterns of ownership located in the territory of Turkmenistan.

3. To the ministries, departments, companies and organizations:

provide maintaining forms of the state statistical accounting records and primary accounting with observance of established procedure of accounting and statistics in Turkmenistan;

review the operating specialized (departmental) forms of the state statistical accounting records and primary accounting and provide the edition them in state language. To approve samples of developed specialized (departmental) forms of the statistichesksky reporting of primary accounting with Turkmenmillikhasabat Institute, accounting records - the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan.

4. To the ministries and departments till March 1, 2002 to provide to Turkmenmillikhasabat Institute the list and samples of the operating specialized (departmental) forms of the statistical reporting.
