About enhancement of procedure for provision to foreign citizens and stateless persons of permissions to permanent residence in Turkmenistan

1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on procedure for provision of permissions to permanent residence in Turkmenistan;

the description and sample of the residence permit in Turkmenistan (TURKMENISTANDA YASAMAGA YGTYYARNAMA) of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in Turkmenistan.

2. Enact since September 1, 2002 the residence permit in Turkmenistan (TURKMENISTANDA YASAMAGA YGTYYARNAMA).

3. To make exchange of residence permits in Turkmenistan (TURKMENISTANDA YASAMAGA YGTYYARNAMA) within one year.
