About enhancement of activities of Service of the state fire security of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan
Due to the transfer of divisions of fire safety and wrecking of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan to maintaining the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan and formation of Service of the state fire security, and also for the purpose of ensuring its effective activities I decide:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Service of the state fire security of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan.
2. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan the money arriving from collection of penalties and rendering the paid services connected with activities of Service of the state fire security of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan for ensuring fire safety to transfer to account the Ministries of Defence of Turkmenistan for strengthening of material and technical resources of Service of the state fire security and acquisition of technical means. To make expenditure of the specified money only according to the order of the Minister of Defence of Turkmenistan on whom the personal responsibility behind correctness of their use is conferred.
3. To the ministries, departments, hyakimlika, the companies, the organizations and organizations, irrespective of patterns of ownership, for the purpose of observance of requirements of fire safety to approve with Service of the state fire security of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan town-planning and the design estimates on construction, capital repairs, reconstruction, expansion and technical retrofitting of the companies, buildings, constructions and other objects in case of reasonable departures from the existing requirements of fire safety or in the absence of the specified requirements.
4. To the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan:
bring departmental regulations into accord with Regulations on Service of the state fire security of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan;
in coordination with the interested ministries and departments to develop and approve departmental regulations concerning ensuring fire safety.
