To the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan when designing new and reconstruction of the operating telephone exchanges to provide allocation of straight lines of communication and places for placement of the equipment of the security alarm system, and also to ensure smooth operation of the communication lines used by divisions of Security service of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Energy and Industry of Turkmenistan regular electric utility service of Items of operational management with forces and means of protection for increase in reliability of protection of the state, especially important and other objects, and also apartments.

4. Hyakimlikam of welayats and Ashgabat to allocate without collection of payment of the room for placement of departments and divisions of Security service of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan, storage of ware property, arms, technical means and motor transport, and also for installation of panels of centralized observation.

5. To the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan:

bring departmental regulations into accord with Regulations on Security service of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan;

in coordination with the interested ministries and departments to develop and approve departmental regulations concerning ensuring protection.

6. To the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan together with the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan to prepare and provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan offers on entering into the current legislation of changes in connection with adoption of this resolution in a month.
