About enhancement of activities of Service of the state road supervision of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Service of the state road supervision of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan.
2. Determine that:
the money received from collection of charges and rendering the paid services connected with activities of Service of the state road supervision is transfered to account the Ministries of Defence of Turkmenistan for strengthening of material and technical resources of Service;
the amounts of administrative penalties for road traffic offenses after their transfer in the Government budget of Turkmenistan go in the amount of 40 percent to the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan and 30 percent to Fund of financial support of bodies of defense industry and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan.
3. To the ministries, departments, hyakimlika, the companies, the organizations and organizations in case of organization of events on public roads to approve their carrying out with Service of the state road supervision of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan.
4. To the state customs of Turkmenistan, the State Border Service of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of road transport of Turkmenistan not to allow to participation in international movement the vehicles crossing Frontier of Turkmenistan for which drivers are not available the relevant documents on the specified funds and for management of them, and also in the absence of registration and identification marks of the established sample.
5. To the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan:
bring departmental regulations into accord with Regulations on Service of the state road supervision of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan;
in coordination with the interested ministries and departments to develop and approve departmental regulations in the field of traffic safety.
